What is Kustomer?
Kustomer (acquired by Meta in 2022, divested in 2023) models customer service as CRM: a unified customer timeline merging orders, conversations, shipments, and history across voice, email, chat, SMS, and social. Especially strong for DTC and retail brands where a shopper asks about their order across three channels — the rep sees everything in one view. More flexible data model than Zendesk but requires more configuration to set up well.
